It'd a half ml 2x a week when I'm next back on so should be fine
Ya for sure you're good. I did a full ml when I first got it and it was pretty unremarkable. I obviously knew I had pinned something 400mg+ concentration but it wasn't an issue at all.

Meal#2 ~1pm: 400g white basmati rice and 250g boneless skinless chicken breast (821cals - Protein 70g, Fat 9g, Carbs 120g)
Meal#3 ~3pm: 450g bone-in pork chop (550cals - Protein 79g, Fat 26g, Carbs 0g)
Meal#4 ~ 7pm: 500g egg whites, 4 whole eggs and 400g white basmati rice (880cals - Protein 80g, Fat 20g, Carbs 120g)
