Life update:

Tied the knot on friday, everything went off without a hitch thank fuck, happy wife happy life.


Diet Update:
Had a week of eating shit / stress / no time to prep / juggling family on both sides being here so took a week off.
now that the wedding is done, time to lock in and back to eating boy kibble.

Got my bloods done, 5 weeks on test
Not a single marker is bad or that id be concerned with
on 200mg weekly ( 3 x weekly injections however have decided to switch to daily just to dial e2 back in a smidge )

Prolactin 224 mIU/L (< 300)
- Luteinizing Hormone < 1 IU/L (1-10)
- Follicle Stimulating Hormone < 1 IU/L (1-10)
++ Oestradiol 241 pmol/L (< 150)
Testosterone 30 nmol/L (10.0-33.0)
+++ free Testosterone (calc) 816 pmol/L (150-700)
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 23 nmol/L (13-71)

No e2 symptoms @ 240 i was 147 natty so will monitor this over time however daily injections will also help with this


Chicken n rice for dinner tonight as missus has taken off for a 2 week holiday with the family while i pet sit / work.

Gym update:
Hit legs last night first time back into the gym in 5 days.. i was itching like a crack head just wanted to go
Managed to hit some new PB's on Extensions / curls / leg press so very happy man

Time to see how well i can head into this

LIFE UPDATE:
Straight after the wedding around the 8th, contracted RSV and managed to knock myself into a mild case of pneumonia
so pretty much bed ridden from then to yesterday i finally started to feel like im not wheezing and dying just getting up, managed to get into the gym today for a quick low intensity leg day
strength has 100% been lost due to fatigue, what normally would have been a nice 74-80 kgs leg curl / extension became a solid 61kg struggle fest.

probably another week or so and i should be back to full strength.


Sad news to the blokes who have ex's and are struggling, sadly some women are hell bent on just causing chaos, im very much of the opinion if shit doesn't work just walk, yes ya love them, but life was fine before and will be fine after them.
no point making everyone's lives miserable just cause it didn't work out though some women would disagree.

I've managed to pack on 4kgs of fat from 2-3 weeks of just eating poorly and wedding prep and stress etc so now that everything is finally calming down im cracking back in
weighed in this morning back at 104.8 so slowly peeling it all off again but im sure some of the extra was water retention

Update:
Had a week of not so great food coupled with skipping a few meals here and there due to work load and just getting smashed with large amount of fatigue requiring a sleep mid day to 2pm otherwise I’d be a zombie and concentration was at an all time low so started to question if e2 was climbing to high and it was a side

Have since gotten back into 3 solid meals and ive adjusted my carbs to be a 20/50/30 split so im having 50% before workout and 30% after for my daily carbs and that’s seemed to improve fatigue in due for bloods in the coming week so ill see what e2 is sitting around

Photo update, having an issue with being able to flex my left bicep brain just can’t move the muscle anymore for some reason

Yeah honestly im back eating decently not perfect but energy is back up
7 days on my new supplied @TheAsylum 's test E 250

I pulled bloods just to make sure,

These are the results
on 0.14IU Daily pins - 249mg total taken

everything else is pretty much in range and im very happy

Previously i was on 200mg ( only increased as i had a vial explode and leak test e everywhere so i back loaded some pins and tried to account for the needle loss and ended up dosing way to high.

Test was 30
free Test 816

So solid increase and e2 was 241 so 50mg a week increase and only gone up 18 not bad id say


Hemo crit came back at 52% so no increase there however i have added an aspirin in my daily sups as directed by my doctor.

Plan on adding Vitamin D and Fish oil along with some others in the coming weeks
