Upper — PPL UL

Solid ripper of an upper session today!

Was absolutely pumped to finally get a full set of incline press at 82.5kg — and then managed to back it up with another set at the same weight. Definitely one of those sessions where you walk out feeling like the work is paying off.

Current Setup
Coach has switched me from UL UL → PPL UL. The old UL UL setup was only 3 training days a week while I was still recovering from surgery, so it made sense at the time.
Now that I’m fully recovered, we’re back to 5 days a week and I’m loving it. More training, more volume and plenty of opportunities to chase some numbers.
Calories are currently sitting at:

Training days: 2400 kcal

Non-training days: 2000 kcal
I’m currently trialling a liquid SLU-PP-332 suspension while I wait for the capping gear to arrive so I can cap some SLU raws from my sponsor
@War Born Peptides
Still running the best Test there is from
@Southern Cross Labs

— absolutely loving the current setup @ 175mg a week
Next week I’ll also be adding 10mg Yohimbine to the fasted cardio setup.
The scales crept up a little this week, which was admittedly a bit disappointing

but I’m putting it down to some additional water retention after bumping GH from 4 IU → 6 IU. Obviously keeping an eye on it, but everything else is absolutely cherry.
The best part? Still hitting PBs while in a cut. That’s always a good sign that the training, recovery and nutrition are doing their job.
That said… the hunger is getting DAMN real now.

Getting to that point where food is all I can think about, so I’m definitely hoping a reverse is on the horizon soon!
For now, keep pushing, keep the numbers moving and keep chipping away.
Till next time
San Andreas
