Birthday Pull Day
Another session ticked off and the logbook keeps moving in the right direction. Strength is still climbing despite being in a calorie deficit, which is always a good sign that training, recovery and nutrition are dialled in.

Coach has also made a few additions to the current protocol to help keep the fat loss rolling:
β’ SLU-PP-332 β 25 mg twice daily (AM & pre-workout)
β’ MOTS-c β 2 mg every morning
β’ Yohimbine β before fasted cardio each morning before work
Iβve also got some clenbuterol on the way. Coach may bring it into the plan if fat loss starts to stall, but if progress keeps moving at the current rate, there may not be any need to use it this prep. Either way, itβll be good to have on hand for the next cut if needed.
Really happy with how everything is coming together. The physique is tightening up week by week, strength is still increasing, and the process is becoming more enjoyable as the results keep showing.
@Southern Cross Labs for feeding me the Test
