My shipment is clearly stuck and has not moved for a long time. It may be lost or seized, and I have received no clear information. According to their own policy, lost or seized shipments should be refunded, but they keep delaying and avoiding responsibility with new excuses instead of providing a real update.

Well, today is Aug 18, 2026, I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. It took about a week for tracking to show up. The tracking has not moved an inch, tracking just shows shipping lablels being created. I sent a message to naps support, inquiring that although tracking has be updated to the orders, my orders have not been shipped. Naps indicated in a message everything is fine and tracking with update. Today I go to login to the naps site, and now I get this big red message, saying that I have been blocked from entering the site. Either naps is having website issues, or either naps has purposely blocked my ip address, and mac id address from entering the naps website because they are looking to steal my money. Now i have purchased from naps in the past and didn't have a problem, because i received the goods, but now hearing other people's complaints, maybe naps has gone rouge and screwing people over?? I used a vpn to login to the naps website and still can't get in. I will next try maybe my girlfriends cell phone who has a different ip address, and mac address than me, and see if I can login the naps site. If i can't login to the naps site with my girlfriends phone, and i get the red notice you've been BLOCKED, then that could mean naps might just be coming to an end and I will have to chaulk this up as money spent, and money lost. Won't know for sure until i try logging in using someone elses phone or computer that has a different ip address and mac id address.
