As you no longer need the fats to help your hormones and should focus on your protein and carbs over fats

so quick update being school holiday got my little fuck trophies at home and Wife working so throws out my morning routine of Gym after school drop off. I am not a massive fan of training at night as finds it effects my sleep so will be focusing on my steps and some light resistance band work...

Focusing on whole foods meat and vegetables with use of protine shake

Yeah stupid low, after getting tested I believe having your hormones tested as a man should be something doctors do automatically yearly. Think so many men get diagnosed with depression , even diabetes and other issues when it could just be low test which need monitoring.
