No being a foodie and enjoying my food lead me to being a fatty. Not that my food was fatty. More I would over indulge on quantity of food, going back for seconds or thirds at dinner and eating till I felt like exploding.
I have had to really focus on weighing and portioning my meals.
Can add anything to my diet in reality, I am not stressed on the cost of eating.
I add salmon in to my meals every so often, my diet last week had been rather bland due to having mini holiday with fam and didnt go over board but wasn't cooking at home.

Been the hardest part for me as I love my food. Never had issue with the quality of food by the quantity of food I consumed.
So restricting my calories has been very hard but hopefully when I am lean enough I can start to add some more
