Yessir I went back to that method my hands feel a hell of a lot better but now that I’m past that 5 week I think my tren sides are starting to read there head again too

this was all I had to work with lol the dumbbells only went to 55lbs the smith machine had 2 45lbs plates 1 25lb plate and a bunch of random 5s 10s. This was the gym at the near by college lol
I upped it to 2IU in the morning and 2IU at night Some dude at the gym said to take it everyday which I did for two weeks and started getting tingling hands when I slept. I’m now back to 5day on two days off and the tingling hands stopped.
