I will not be able to do 40 minutes of cardio every day at the gym. I wake up at 4 AM so I can go get an hour and a half workout in before I have to be at work. it’s either I get 40 minutes of cardio in or I do my normal workout routine lifting weights and I will rather do that and get my cardio...
