    Mostmy thai pads work. Kicking punching, elbows knees etc etc .. It’s the ultimate cardio. Every single part of the body is used doing this.

    45+. Retired now. Still hit pads or stick to my old routine.. plus lift each day … tying to keep young but body is going rapidly with old injuries
