You can start anavar at 40-50mg. It doesn't really have huge side effects other then stuff in a blood test obviously that you can't see. I personally did 75mg my 2nd month and still no issues. I wouldn't go past 50mg now because it's kinda pointless but don't be afraid to up it to at least 40mg...

No filter just had my phone camera right on between two light bulbs up high for the best angle I could find. My legs need lots of work but really wanted to capture my physique the best I could for everyone to get a good idea where I'm at with this.

Some pics I flex or it's after a pump and some pics are relaxed. If I take a picture in the mirror I look smaller but leaner and when I take a picture without a mirror I look bigger
