Biceps and lats today after workout pic. Trying to continue to grow my lats much bigger. This is today's pic and I'm weighing 257lbs. I'm 6ft"3½.

GHGut4life This is for you lol Jan 13th I bought these pants and could wear them without a belt. And since you get on my ass about losing weight so much I just wanted you to see my weight loss progress. I'm still big from muscle but my fat has made huge progress. My belt can barely hold my pants up now. So as much as it may seem like I haven't lost much weight here is proof that I actually have and that I was much fatter then I looked in pictures I'm thinking. By the way that belt barely fit the 2nd hole before and look how many holes are showing now. Still love you dude and I know you can be hard on me because you want me to look my best and I do appreciate it bro.

how you been feeling after you finish your cycle? i am on week 3 with test e 250mg monday and thursday and week 1 of anavar. Loving anavar right now, only doing 10mg this first week but next week upping it to 20 mg. test e hasnt kicked in for me yet, looking forward to it doing its job soon!

You can start anavar at 40-50mg. It doesn't really have huge side effects other then stuff in a blood test obviously that you can't see. I personally did 75mg my 2nd month and still no issues. I wouldn't go past 50mg now because it's kinda pointless but don't be afraid to up it to at least 40mg you should be fine. Also i started at 400mg of test with no side effects and did mast E to help keep down side effects. I really just have oily skin and acne. Run it however you feel comfortable but you want the reward to be higher then the risk and tgat was my sweet spot. 200mg mast did help alot and works very well with test and anavar. Don't be shy man you are using mild stuff. I'm not saying go crazy either. You got this. Also keep in mind that 10mg if anavar isn't going to do much that's a female dose. Also im not off cycle yet but as far as my cycle i feel amazing 100% and recommend this cycle to newer guys.

Appreciate this brother! Since I’m new to this, I’m happy you told me this! Will be upping my dose next week. So far no sides with low dosage and I want to get the most out of this cycle

@bossbigzz that is awesome man. i have been working with one of my clients who i have helped lose 22 pounds recently and her complaint to me was "damn steve, i threw away all my clothes from 20 years ago, now i'm gonna have to buy new ones cause nothing is gonna fit, i've not been this skinny in 20+ years" i told her that is a great problem to have!
