@xyle9999 the weight training is paying off combined with all the cardio. you are burning cals like crazy. that is how you stay so lean and muscular

yes but i think the basis is pretty much the shoulders don't need much volume to get results. and too many people over train them and it leads to tears. the thing is 50% of people in the gym have some sort of rotator tear from over trainings shoulders

yes this issue can sneak up on you. the shoulders just aren't made to be trained hard. when Frank Zane came on my podcast about 10 years ago he taught me that

@gil3286 Make sure you are thoroughly warming up before those, I used to do those quite a bit. They really tore up my shoulders. Got to work on your mobility and flexibility.

@Rocky611 my advice is don't obsess with 'hitting macros'. you don't need to eat more just to do that. its a huge mistake people make and not necessary
