@Rocky611 if you are concerned with hitting macros then just do a better job of food prepping. this way you have a meal ready for you always you can just re-heat. that works well

I am trying to figure out where to add and some time on this dam trizeptide it’s hard to find the will power to eat some more lol I am trying to think where I can add it with out it being some bull shit protein powder .. I will eat a fat free Greek yogurt when I get home from work what do you think ?

Yeah that is easy I just hear a lot of people saying to stay away from that but that is very easy I will add that or I figured I can make something quick with the Greek yogurt it is 17 g of protein that just made my macros very easy now thanks I will up date my meal later today it will be same as yesterday but I switch out rice with sweet potato’s for today and going to add a yogurt at the end with a little bit of protein cereal on top for flavor and crunch

Today was a cardio day 150 wall balls with 25 pound medicine ball my time is way better with the 20 pound ball but I hit it in around 15 minutes the app I had I couldn’t turn off time for specific work out also did some abs
One thing I'll say is no need for the fiber powder. If you're getting plenty of foods that have fiber already, there's no need to overdo it on it. That's just my opinion, though. @Rocky611
