    Yes I notice my muscle being harder don’t know if that just in my head or the cycle .. I look the best I have ever looked

    it is a chore to eat all this any but it makes it very easy I figured out using Greek yogurt like you would sour cream adds more protein and makes it easier to eat not so dry
