Or are you saying I should still have more protein and carbs what would be a good number to shoot for … it is hard to finish these bowls as is I guess I could try and have some kind of break fast that is a real meal but I don’t know if I can eat another dam chicken lol it is so hard right now … it is hard to consume all this food . I am waiting for the Eq to boost appetite
 
it is a chore to eat all this any but it makes it very easy I figured out using Greek yogurt like you would sour cream adds more protein and makes it easier to eat not so dry

Yes I notice my muscle being harder don’t know if that just in my head or the cycle .. I look the best I have ever looked
