@Yeahnah Solid workout brother. Luckily I'm on straight day shift now. But i rotated nights and days for 20 years. So i know how crappy the sleep can be on the change over.

Will be following along. This is the same cycle ill be doing next.

I've read some peoples logs responding really good with DHB added in. I just haven't ever tried it yet.

Ive been using some of their. Test P, Mast P, and anavar with good results.

I 100% prefer beef myself. But i keep a good amount of chicken in my meals also. For variety and cost.

Congrats on hitting your first goal brother! Love the workout choices and the rep range. Some good clean eating also. An app that @SteveSmi recommend to me called Yuka is very helpful on sorting out stuff loaded with additives and preservatives. Looking forward to following along with you on this.

Ive been in a non stop cut for so long. Its going to be weird try to do a lean bulk later this year lol.

Yeah I'm really liking the USP gear. Big fan of Para Pharma also. But will be using USP for my upcoming cycle also of test, eq, and npp.
