Nah they have an order form where you tell them how many you want and they slaughter them on weekend and package them for you. So you don’t see them killed.

Protein for this week is freshly killed chicken.
Drove up to a farm where they killed a few chickens in the spot
Veggies are spinach and asparagus
Fats are avocado and olive oil
Fish is founder and salmon. Meal prepped everything...
Not even that high I think like .5 but the higher protein has been keeping me harder looking That’s why I like it. On keto I was looking flatter if that makes sense
