getting kind of bored with my current 5x5 routine and want to change to more of a split routine that will be more fun
so I was looking to try a new split training program
day 1 : abs and shoulders
day 2: chest and arms
day 3: back and abs
day 4: rest
day 5: legs
day 6: cardio and abs
day 7: cardio
so I’m gonna be doing a new 7 day program, check it out and tell me where I can improve. My goal is more muscle and strength and staying lean

I’m doing flat bench 3 sets
Inkling bench 2 sets
Arms 4 sets biceps and 4 sets triceps
Then working the back 5 sets pulls and wide grip pulldowns
Should i do abs same day or another day?
I'm 5 ft 10 in, 25 years old, and I weigh around 170 lb
my body fat is probably ten or 11%
what do you recommend for me to take 2 start popping out my abs
you can barely see them I think I need something to make me more vascular and more hard and then I'll be able to show them off
Wanted to touch base with the experts on here and see the best way to do a squat. I have some questions for you
*do my feet need to be hip wide?
*do i really have to lower down all the way
*do i need to flex my abs?
How do i know if i am doing them right? Where should i feel the burn?
is there a difference between training for size vs. training for Aesthetics.

Thursday I train abs, calves and stretch
Friday back to upper body
Saturday lower body
Sunday off.
