I have a new chest routine that I wanted to change to I wanted to see what you guys thought of it . I’m doing about a four-day split
its 3 sets chest fly
4 sets incline db pressure
5 sets flat bench
4 sets incline bench
then finishing with pushups till failure.
Is this good for growing my chest?
I know that in competitions you have to do certain things like pause the bar and you can't lift Your Butt Off the Bench and things like that.
But in terms of straight weight training for muscles or regular strength training What is the proper way to bench press and rules?
