I had a question if it was normal to retain a lot of water and have a lot of bloating when it comes to using whey protein powder
I just got a tub of it and I’ve been using two scoops per day which is around 35 g per scoop\
no doubt I’m gaining weight but I’m also the only with a lot of stomach...
what are the best options for using napsgear when it comes to what I can use on cycle?
Also what would you recommend I use for situations where maybe bloating gets out of control or something comes up where you need to take something to get the balls more plumped up etc.
I'm running creatine. some years ago I used it and I don't remember having any issues with it but at the same time I didn't really notice I got much benefits either. figured I'd try it again now that I'm older in my 30s
