bloating

what are the best options for using napsgear when it comes to what I can use on cycle? Also what would you recommend I use for situations where maybe bloating gets out of control or something comes up where you need to take something to get the balls more plumped up etc.

I'm running creatine. some years ago I used it and I don't remember having any issues with it but at the same time I didn't really notice I got much benefits either. figured I'd try it again now that I'm older in my 30s I’m using it from gnc and i’m bloating on this stuff. not the type of gains...
