Was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a child and I've had to live my life always being careful at what I put in my body I control my blood sugar with no problems right now. But I need to know which supplements run the risk of affecting my blood sugar so I know how much medication to take with it

I was wondering how to control blood sugar because mine is getting kind of high. Some days it goes up over 112-115 area. I don't think I'm eating that bad. I might have fast food once every few days and I don't eat that much sweets. Any tips that I can follow to help me
