I used to drink so much milk as a kid but now whenever I drink it I get bloated and I feel like crap
also cheese is something that I've enjoyed here and there and now when I eat it it's like instant diarrhea
do you think it's time for me to just stop consuming dairy or should I keep eating it in...
I read someone post that fruit is junk food and that there was nothing wrong with pizza cause it is just oil, flour and cheese.
Can you explain whether you agree or disagree with that.
