Does such a thing exist as a caffeine free stimulant or no? I would like to try something new before I train I tend to lose a lot of energy and get tired during my workouts

Do you think there are any products for pre workouts that are light? I'm only 21 years old and I only weigh 125 lb. some of my friends take a lot of pre workouts and take energy drinks before we go train. My issue is I want to get some energy as well but I don't want to take something 2 strong
