I heard that certain supplements are really good for cholesterol levels
Coq10, tudca, and even a multi vitamin are supposed to be good
What about using fish oil and omegas as well?
what would you say would be the best overall supplement to help with my cholesterol issues since they are un-balanced
My liver is in pretty bad shape because during my twenties I use a lot of steroids and I would not come off a long time before going back on. I realize my mistake now and need to reverse things.
what are the best liver supplements and what is the difference between tudca and others?
Anyone know about this product called TUDCA? Is it really as good for the liver as advertised or is it just broscience.
Also is there are product that contains it already that I can try instead of just buying it by itself and spending $30?
looking to use it on my next oral steroid cycle
Hey guys i was wondering if TUDCA Ever expires or is it good for years like some other supplements. I've had mine for a while but never had any use for it cuz I haven't run any steroids. I plan on running a steroid cycle and I want to use it to protect my liver and kidneys and it expired a year ago
