Hello everyone i hope all is well and everyone is continuing crushing the goals they have set for themselves in and out of the gym.

This leg day while obviously isn't hard in terms of heavy weights, the number or sets and reps really kicked my ass last night, my cns by the end of this session was not happy at all, i just kept telling myself " Dont Go Home A Loser " at certain points my body was saying stop, my mind however said, not a chance that isn't happening, you are here for a reason, you are after something that requires you to push past limits and expectations, finish the damn session. I did exactly that completed in its entirety.
I hope in the end above all else, i can motivate and drive others and help keep the fire burning for other people on the same path just at different stages of the path, i am very thankful for all of the people who along the way tell me i motivate them and inspire them, im nobody important or special, im just a guy with a dream and a passion, it is humbling that i have impacted others and helped in some small fashion on the journey for them
I also would like to thank everyone in the community who always comment and leave incredible words of encouragement and keep me motivated and pushing it all matters and means alot to me, body building is a lonely sport, having other people like me that i can lean on for support, it truly really makes a world of difference, i go so much harder in and out of the gym knowing i cant let the community or myself down, thank you for all the amazing support.
This cut is going to be a long road and increasing in difficulty as i go, i know this i expect this, time to grind and get it done
