I do dedicate about 45 to 50 minutes a day to my training because I take that very seriously.
I don’t smoke or drink and I don’t do any drugs.
Now, I would like to take things to the next level and use sarms
3 I had in mind are GW, SR, and mk677. I’m also interested in maybe trying yk11 but not sure
my main goal is greater recovery, fat loss and muscle mass. I’m 206 pounds and 6 foot 5 inches.
