I’m interested in doing a lean bulk and mostly cutting down. I’m 45 years old and I’m around 13%, body fat, and 218 lbs, and I’m pretty tall.
I work out pretty much every day, but not just weight training. I also do a lot of basketball and tennis.
What would you recommend to boost my muscle mass and also give me some nice lean bulking?
