6 weeks of anavar results

I'm 5'2 and 115 at around 15% body fat. I am up 10 pounds and down 2% body fat since using anavar. this stuff actually works wonders lol. I've been training for the past 3 years and contacted stevesmi on these forums for help with my diet and cycle. I did 5mg a day for 3 weeks then 10mgs for the next 3. he taught me more in 1 call then i learned in 3 years combined. you should contact him if you need help too, just a shoutout.

@SteveSmi has great diet and cycle help, very trusted

I would suggest you dont go over 5mgs of anavar per day IMO
 
you are doing well so far, but don't fall into old habits. i can lead you to water but cannot make you drink. good job so far.
 
You are not telling us all anything we dont already know about Steve, he's the man but we do love to hear feedback! as far as anavar, i have to tell you that FINALLY i have good things to report on it.. i'll be posting new pics in my log tomorrow but this is by far the best anavar ive used and by a million miles the best experience ive had with it...
