$600 NapsGear order delivered 1200 miles away

My order was delivered to a completely different state 1,200 miles away from where I am. Am I out $600? I ordered within US. I'm in Arizona. Not PA.

Just to add, I use Geneza but theyre out of everything so I used Pharmaqo this time after a dozen people telling me they're legit.

I didn't mean to put scammer. I would never label them as scammer. Was an accident. I was hoping I could delete it after I posted it but I couldnt.
