Another TRT clinic wants urology clearance due to high PSA

My PSA is around 5.3.

It was 3.6 before TRT. Ive been on TRT for years. The reason left my original TRT clinic is because they paused my TRT due to high PSA

Two years I had MRI and needle biopsy which ruled out cancer. Dont have any symptoms

I tried to sign up with TRT nation supposedly one of the most relaxed clinics and they also want a urology cleareance

I don’t have insurance so i would have to pay $150 to even see the urologist with no guarantee of a clearance he may ask for another MRI or even biopsy

I ordered from domestic test enanthate from beligas and have been using since last week since they paused my TRT

Now I don’t know what to do.

Only reason i wanted to stay with clinic is guarantee pharma grade and consistency as in never having trouble finding test but i guess with all these sources here and test being so common is not a problem?

I may just stay ugl now cause i dont have any issues with beligas

Ive been paying $250 for one 200mg/10ml vial. I think I paid $75 + $20 shipping for 300mg/10ml enanthate

My only concern is traveling. I rarely travel almost never. I would like to travel to turkey or mexico to have a hair transplant on the front one day lol but i assume if i inject couple hours the full weekly dose before traveling i should be good for one week

Thats all the traveling i may do lol

Another concern is not being able to find test but if i buy in advance and dont open it should be good for how long

I'll address a couple of points cos there's too many and I'm time limited.

If you DO go the self TRT you STILL need to keep the PSA etc monitored. It's no good feeling good but being unwell.

When you travel (and there's thread on that) just use a longer ester and pin before you go
