its supposed to be some new thing where it helps you lose weight by telling you
what you should do based on your stats and lifestyle
I filled out the question thingy they have and it is giving me info. Anyone try them?
dart board dieting and track dieting can work only in the short term, but long term there is zero evidence it is healthy and there is 100% evidence showing it doesn't work

Seems to me more of a plan that works on the mental side of eating/cravings. Just focus on eating the right foods and you will get hungry when you actually need to eat.
