arms not even with each other

I had both my arms measured literally 10 minutes ago and I was shocked to find out that my left arm was bigger than my right! how can this be since i work them both out the exact same reps and sets. i am suspecting it may have to do with an old football injury where i injured my back but what do you think?

It's possible but you need to keep working more on the arm thats smaller. Just do more sets there.

it could be, but that is the art of bodybuilding. Arnold was a legend at having perfect symmetry.

if you are a new lifter though perfectly normal to have muscles that are different sizes like that.

It is genetics and also that you have a dominant side you use for things outside of training.
