I am going to be getting nutrozol and ostazol from banned nutrition.
I already put the money aside to place the order. My question is when is the best time to use them if I workout in the evening? Would I still have to use the ostazol early in the morning and then the nutrozol after my workout?

Ostazol I take 1 cap AM and 2 caps preworkout and 1 cap intra workout. Works wonders for me.

For nutrozol thats PREbed exclusive, 2 caps.

Ostazol is for daytime and pre-workout and Nutrozol is for nighttime.
