Beer drinking

it's hard for me to not drink beer especially during football and hockey season. I might also have a shot of hard liquor as well. It makes it more fun especially since I bet on the games and can scream at the TV haha. do you think that it's okay to have a little bit of alcohol everyday just during the games or do you think I should try to not drink
