best BCAA dosages

BCAA's are very important according to some of the information i have read, people say they work good during your workout to feed the muscles. what are your recommendations for how to dose amino acids and what is the best brands and places to buy them where i won't get ripped off.

I dose BCAA before training all the time. Buying they are all the same, I use n2bm old amino complex.
