What are the best supplements I can use to wash my face
I'm getting a lot of breakouts while taking steroids
more than I've gotten in a long time
what do you guys use to clean your face so you don't get zits on cycle
 
try using soap with silver in it works
 
Hormones fluctuating can cause skin issues. The best thing you can do is tanning and keeping the area dry. If that is not the issue then stop using any soap and just rinse with water.
