best thing to take first cycle and why?

What is the best first cycle setup and steroid to use? i have been lifting weights for 5 years now, i am 29 years old and i have hit a plateau. i think i am ready but if you guys don't think i am then let me know. I am 6 foot tall and 200 pounds with 11% body fat. now the next step if you think yes is what should i run for a first cycle?

Best 1st cycle is sarms IMO, best 1st cycle of aas is test enan+primobolan with cardarine/cardazol combo.

i used for the first time when i was about your age too. i don't regret using them but i wish i had slowed down and not rushed things so much as i tend to do with everything i do. my body is worn down now as i am going into my 40's so my advice is take your time

I prefer test only and at a lower dose for a first cycle. This will keep your side effects down while you make great gains. I think it is important to only use 1 compound so when you do get side effects you know what is causing it. This will allow you to see how you respond to the base compound.
