Best way to get B vitamins

What is the best way to get Vitamin b supplements in my system since my doctor said I am a deficient he wants me to come in and get shots but it's really expensive and each time I go in it's like a 90 minute wait and I just don't have a time since I work at 9 and 5. is there another way I can order them from a forum sponsor and how does it work
