Best workout for a weekend guy

Newbie
I am your typical weekend warrior who gets made fun of them sure by all of you on here
but I had a serious question
let's say I can only work out on the weekends or maybe two or three times a week at most. How was your structured these workouts
 
crossfit I agree is the best with cardio
