blocking estrogen with a supp?

Is this a stupid question or are there any supplements that help with estrogen? I am a bit overweight and when i got my bloodwork done my estrogen came in higher than the range. I know losing weight will help and I am already doing that. I just need a good supplement i can take to knock it down in the mean time.

You can block estrogen with supplements, like a natural AI. Arimistane is something that does it well.

Arimistane is a steroid suicidal aromatase inhibitor, exactly like aromasin.
