hey guys!
Figured it’s time I stop lurking and actually start logging my journey .
I'm craig lynch a father of two who works full time as a plasterer.
right now I’m fully locked in on taking things to the next level, whether it be my nutrition or training intensity.
i have recently signed up to an online coach who in this short time he's help is unmeasurable, helping me through proper technique staying within macros and constant support.
the reason why :
I want to hold myself accountable, track everything properly.
will post training day logs and photos.
But with a lot of people in the same journey and stage of life as me im just not comfortable anymore with being uncomfortable and i really just want to show my kids don't matter how hard things are we can do anything we really want to , just be an inspiration to them.
Current stats:
currently taking : (5 weeks in )
test e 150mg a wee
hgh 3iu a day
retatrutide 1.5mg a week
MB 5 mg a day AM
nac
vitamin d and k 2
fish oil
creatine 10mg
My main focus right now is: stayng consistent and tracking nutrition properly.
not over training like i was prior to my coaching.
have attached photos of current physique and where i started,.
