Just thought I’d show face here, introduce myself and start a log.

I’m 34 years old, Australian and currently sponsored by Sassy Pharmaceuticals!

I’ve been training on and off for roughly 3 years now but more off then on, have spent that entire time slowly educating myself in nutrition and basic gym training, have dropped down 35KG/77LBS and now I am starting a recomp 🙂
