Pulling bloods this week ( been 4 full weeks and will be 5 weeks before i pull bloods ) to see where the test levels and everything else is sitting, i know hemocrit will be super high, i was 51% Natty
Ive had a nice drop of some more test and some EQ should i need to use it in the future undecided but there was a great argument for it being made so ive got some on hand.
This week the food has gone right out the window, im getting married in 13 days and it's crunch crunch crunch to get shit done along with having ADHD ive just been skipping meals or running short on time to make a full meal plan, house is being used as a 2nd location for the day after and my god 7 dump runs later the backyard is still a shit pit.. all those " ill get to it later projects " haha
Will post bloods on here as soon as i receive them would love some imput on how they are traveling, Gyms been feeling good have been pacing myself a little bit as ive noticed with the increase in weight my form has gone out the window on the heavier lifts
Bench: 60kgs - for 8 then 50 for 10-10
Deadlift: 130kgs for 8 then 100kgs for 10-10
Squat: 100kgs for 6 - then 80 for 10-10
just a few new PR's this week im very happy with
Bicep curls standing - 20kgs
Hammers: 22.5kgs
Shoulder press seated dumbells: 25kgs
all for 2 sets of 10 followed by a failure of 7-8 reps on the 3rd set
( all done with 1 warm up set or cable machine warm ups )
Again huge shoutout to Asylum for keeping me well stocked when ever i ask for products and the knowledge that comes with it if it's something i should look into or not.
