Buying prohormones off eBay

I had a question about how eBay is selling prohormones when they're supposed to be banned in the United States. The shipping locations are places like California and New York oh, isn't it illegal to even sell them so how are they getting away with it. Also what would you think about picking up a bottle or two the tryout
