cant sleep on SARMS

Started taking gw cardarine 20mgs per day with yk11 and ostarine and last 3 days have a hard time sleeping. I'm having a really hard time closing eyes feels energy all around but no sleep or sleepy feeling. Just tired but no sleep. Any ideas if it could be the sarms maybe yk11?

It's likely not the sarms, it's something else you're doing. If it's sarms and you can't sleep, maybe you have fake sarms.

it could be yk11 but i have no personal experience with it. GW did not keep me awake

i've never had trouble sleeping on sarms, in fact i've slept better

i bet you that your sarms are really clen or caffine powder. that is why you can't sleep. ask for your money back and go to sarms.forsale and buy their stuff

When I cant sleep I take an antihistamine. Works like magic. Ask doc for one or pop a couple benadryl.

I get that problem if I dose to late which im about to do my S4 25 mgs right now at 12 am. Probably won’t go to sleep until 4 or 5am. Just gonna have to deal with it or wake up early as fuck so your drained and fall asleep effortlessly. This is a funny question because if you never had any problem sleeping before then you take Sarms and can’t sleep, obviously it’s the Sarms bro

what time of day are you taking them and where did you get them?

I have never had that happen. Where did you get them from? If they are legit I can only think of a couple other factors:

-caffeine too close to bed. It has a 6 hour half-life.
-training close to bed makes it tough to wind down
-eating too much food close to bed will force your body to focus on digestion instead of rest

I take all my sarms in the Am and honestly I sleep better than I've ever slept in my life, who did u get the sarms from ?
