Is it caused by steroid use? very unlikely about 99% unlikely. Especially with 500mgs test/anavar, not like you slamming 5 grams of steroids.
I suggest you get some antibiotics use them and you'll recover fairly quickly, during antibiotic course take trt dose of testosterone and drop anavar, 200mgs test/week
