hey guys I am 170lbs and 5’6’’ and around 11% body fat. I am going to be doing my first show in the next 3 months and I need to get into top shape. Training 6x a week and doing my daily fasted cardio so far. My question is on my macros. Currently I am cutting hard and am at 2000 cals with 200g protein 150g carbs and around 30-40g fat. Is this a good macro strategy?
