Cordyceps and mushrooms

I'm interested in learning more about mushrooms and cordyceps, what do you guys know about this and will this help with things like fat loss immune system, and other health things. Also for those of you who are fans of this where can I buy the real stuff not the cheap stuff

I took cordyceps before but I prefer to use n2guard it's a cleaner vitamin version
